Registration Process in AIG Hospital- 

• The Registration Counter is located on the ground floor just in front of the main gate of Tower 1.  
• The Registration Process timing is between 8 am to 5 pm. 
• There are "Token Collect" Machines situated nearby. 
• Collect the Token from the Machine and wait in the Waiting Lounge.  
• The Registration Counter almost always remains empty. So the Process doesn't take much time. 
• When the Token number will be displayed on the screen, go to the respective counter to register the name of the patient by giving 100 Rs. 

Visiting The Doctor in AIG Hospital - 

• After the Registration Process gets completed, go to the first floor "Help Desk" section and ask about the appointment of the Required Doctors. 
• The Counter Representative will suggest the Doctors Name according to the Patient's Health Problems.
• Next, You have to submit the Doctor's Fees. For that, you need to go to the "Out Patient Billing Section" Counter, Collect the Token and wait in the waiting lounge.   
• After the token gets displayed on the screen, Pay your respective amount.
• The Doctor Fess is only Rs 400. 
• The Counter Representative will guide you on where to go next. 
• Once You visit the Doctor, You need to undergo the Prescribed Tests and then again you need to visit the Doctor with the Reports the next day.   
• Just Note one thing here, while you are going to visit the Doctor for showing the Reports, Make a "Zero Bill" on Doctor Fees from the Billing Section.
• And remember the Validity of that Bill is only One Day. So, if by any chance you couldn't show the Reports to the Respective Doctors, Make sure to get them signed by the Doctor's PA. 
• The Zero Billing can be done within 7 days from your first visit to the Doctor.
