If mailed or mailed by walking patient method, the disease description, category, previous doctor's prescription should be scanned and sent.  After that, if the patient appears outside the hospital on the specified day, an ID number will be given to the patient, which should be mentioned later.

While registering here patients are divided into three categories General, Porter and Site Saver. The treatment and consultation of BPL patients are all free but to avail the free treatment, proper and clear proof of financial status must be provided. Card must be present if BPL.

Hyderabad - Secunderabad twin city trains also ply between these two cities with Falaknuma Express departing at 8:35 a.m. daily. East Coast Express departs at 11:25 a.m. daily.  Shalimar Secunderabad Weekly Superfast Express leaves at twelve twenty minutes, Shalimar Secunderabad AC Express leaves at sixteen and ten minutes on Wednesdays. Air Asia, Indigo, Vistara etc. are available for Kolkata Hyderabad flights.
