Coronavirus has taken away the happiness and joy from the life of many people, then when people started to be normal again, adenovirus took hold.  Maybe this true happiness doesn't last long but we have to find our happiness sometimes not for ourselves but we try to stay happy thinking about the happiness of our family.  

Happiness is very relative.  It is very difficult to find the answer to where or what is true happiness! The reason is very simple - no one knows the measure of happiness. Some are happy with wealth, some are happy with clothes, and some are happy with good food or spending time with their family.  In today's fast-paced world, enjoying happiness and joy from every moment of life is essential for longevity.  In an unhappy mind, all kinds of diseases and germs of depression start nesting. Can plunge life into the darkness of despair. So every person should find happiness in little things such as spending time with children for a day, dancing, singing, painting, gardening, whatever they like, and immerse themselves in whatever they can do to your their mind happy. In the hope of endless happiness, people sometimes do wrong things, as a result of which the chaos in the world increases, and ultimately, the pressure on the mind invites illness.  So the United Nations has marked 20th March as International Happiness Day since 2013.
